You will need the following documents:
1
. A California Marriage License. Under normal circumstances a "Confidential California Marriage
License" is not acceptable at St. Theresa Church.
2
. A recent copy of your Baptismal Certificate, 1st Communion Certificate and Confirmation Certificate.
3
. "Freedom to Marry" papers.
4
. Any necessary dispensation documents, including a letter from your priest giving your permission to be
married at St. Theresa Church.
5
. The marriage preparation course offered by your parish must be completed before the date of the
marriage.
